Harry Dalzell

biography

A technically gifted attacking player with great balance, Harry is capable of beating his man on either the inside or outside and also possesses an eye for the spectacular, having scored a number of special goals for the club from either open play or free-kicks.

He was a 2nd XI stalwart from 2006-2008 until a move to China for professional reasons greatly reduced his OHAFC playing time.

He temporarily returned to London for the 2014/15 season and played 12 times for the 2nd XI, scoring 4 goals in 7 starts, the highlight of which was undoubtedly the last-minute blunderbuss of a free-kick in the 3-3 draw with Citizens, the second game of the season - Harry firing home from the edge of the box after he had been brought down moments earlier.

He returned to China permanently the following season, but managed a single appearance for the side: unfortunately his two goals were a mere consolation as the Blues were thrashed 8-3 away at Citizens.

2016/17 yielded four 2nd XI appearances and a first ever run out for the 3s and the following season he managed three substitute appearances for the 2s, memorably scoring the winner at home to Lancing 2s in November with a trademark individual goal, beating two players at the far post before hammering a left-foot shot high into the net.
