The OHAFC 3rd XI suffered a demoralising 7-0 defeat at home to the Old Rugbeians in their first fixture of 2017.

The first ever meeting between the two clubs was a more closely-fought affair than the scoreline suggests with two sloppily conceded goals the only difference between the teams at the break.

Despite dominating the opening spell of the second half, the hosts couldn't find a way through and they were made to pay late on as the visitors enjoyed some generous defending to boost their goal difference atop the division.
