1st XI masters of their own downfall in Tonbridge

6 Apr 2013

The OHAFC travelled down to Tonbridge on Saturday for their longest away trip of the season but came away empty-handed, suffering a 3-1 defeat to the side propping up the rest of the division.

Harrow, again fielding a makeshift side due to injuries and a number of players unavailable, played well in spells in both halves but, as has so often been the case this season, caused their own problems when they gifted the home side two goals before the break - one a fumbled cross, the other a needless penalty.

A third was conceded on the hour, again with the visitors on top, on the counter-attack and despite Baker pulling a goal back with just over ten minutes remaining, Harrow could not find their way through again.

A full match report and team lineup can now be found in the Results section. The 1st XI have three fixtures remaining this season: Cholms and Chigwell away before a final home game against KCS Wimbledon at the end of the month.
