1st XI stop the rot with fine Berkhamsted win

25 Nov 2018

The OHAFC 1st XI finally put an end to their dismal run of form with an encouraging 4-2 win away to the Old Berkhamstedians on Saturday.

James Breeden returned to the side with another goal sandwiched between a pair of efforts from Dan Firoozan. The hosts kept plugging away and made things interesting when they reduced the lead to just a single goal late in the second half.

But substitute Oliver Acar put the result beyond doubt when he raced through to score Harrow's fourth a few minutes from time.

The win is the side's first since beating the Radleians on October 13th and lifts them back into sixth in Division One ahead of the return fixture on the Hill this coming Saturday.
