3s overrun Stowe to go top of Division Four

1 Oct 2018

The OHAFC 3rd XI rounded off a memorable Saturday for the club with a superb 5-1 win over Stowe to join the 1s in topping their respective division.

Despite the one-sided nature of the scoreline, this was a tough encounter for Nick Kapoor's men, with the win only confirmed late on.

The sides went in level at the break, Harry Bick's penalty midway through the first half cancelled out by Stowe's equaliser.

But the hosts moved up a gear in the second half and goals from centre back Connor Barrett and a second from Bick earned the hosts a two-goal cushion.

Stowe continued to battle but the final ten minutes saw two further Harrow goals, Bick completing his hat-trick - the second OHAFC hat-trick of the day - before skipper Nick Kapoor sent himself on up front to score his second in consecutive weeks.

The 3s now have seven points from nine on their return to Division Three, a superb start following last season's promotion.
