Curry curler sees 2s past KCS Wimbledon

19 Nov 2018

A superb Ollie Curry goal on the hour mark saw the OHAFC 2nd XI earn a second consecutive 2-1 home win. The midfielder collected the ball just outside the box, looked up, and delivered an inch-perfect curler into the top corner to earn the Blues their third win of the campaign.

Ollie's older brother Max had earlier created the hosts' opener, volleying a cross into the box for Alexi Pittalis to head home.

KCS equalised in fortuitous fashion as Harry Woolley was harshly adjudged to have handled inside the box in the first minute of the second half.

But the Blues held onto their lead second time around with minimal fuss and now sit in a group of six teams separated by just three points in the Division Two table.
