Ed Stewart crowned 2024/25 FPL champ!
2s midfielder Ed Stewart has been crowned the 2024/25 Fantasy Premier League champion after holding off the challenge of former winner Jack Alhadeff in a thrilling climax to the season.

After 38 intense gameweeks, spending countless hours in his mum's basement sifting through terabytes of data in a bid to earn a few extra points here and there, Ed emerged victorious, beating 2020 champion Alhadeff by just 31 points. Ed's total of 2,564 points is the second highest total recorded in OHAFC Fantasy League history, beaten only by Ed Poulter's total of 2,582 in 2022. Ed becomes the tenth different OHAFC player to win the title since competition began in 2012/13.

The top three were rounded off by a new name on the podium, hybrid 1s/3s keeper Tom Mitchell claiming bronze with a score of 2,496pts. Main 1st XI keeper Fraser McGuinness finished fourth, just four points further back, with 2s newboy Archie Nicholls fifth. Two former champions, Charlie Stebbings and Tristan David, filled the next two spots - the top seven players all recording scores over 2,400pts.
At the other end of the 31-team league, Rory Miller collected the wooden spoon with a lowly score of 1,757pts - over 50pts below Anson Lo. Jack Orr-Ewing finished a very disappointing 29th, earning as much silverware as his beloved Arsenal.
Well done to all those who stuck with their teams through thick and thin...see you again in 2025/26!
