OHAFC 2s end season with defeat at Forest

30 Apr 2018

The OHAFC 2nd XI ended their 2017/18 season with a disappointing 3-1 defeat away to the Old Foresters 2s in Fairlop on Saturday, finishing the campaign in eighth place in Division Two.

Despite taking the lead ten minutes into the second half, Gbeminiyi Soyinka bundling in Geoff Taunton-Collins' cross, the visitors failed to defend a number of set-pieces, conceding twice from free-kicks. A third followed careless loss of possession inside the Harrow half.

Despite the defeat, the 2s had already assured themselves of Division Two football next season and the squad can enjoy their summer break with a successful campaign in League and Cup behind them.
