OHAFC 4th XI to play first ever fixture this Saturday

5 Dec 2018

This Saturday will be an historic day for the OHAFC: for the first time in it's illustrious history, the Club will be fielding a 4th XI , captained by Ed Nicholson (2007/3).

The side have entered the Junior League Cup and have been drawn at home against the Old Eastbournians 1st XI - currently sitting 7th in Division Four with a return of 9 points from 8 games.

Ed’s team will be made up of recent graduates, a number of whom attended Edinburgh University with him, and supplemented by those registering their interest during the recruitment drive over the summer.

The fixture will be played on the Philathletic Ground and will kick off at 12pm, alongside the 1st XI's Division One fixture against the Old Aldenhamians. With the 2s & 3s also in League action away from home, and the Veterans in Cup action on Sunday, over 50 Old Harrovians will be representing the Club this weekend - a tremendous achievement.

Should the weather prove inhospitable, the 4s' fixture will be moved to the Harrow School 4G astro on the other side of the Hill. All support is welcome.
