We're now halfway through our advent calendar and today sees a mixed team photo from a unique game played by a selection of OHAFC players against Worcester College, Oxford in Islington in June 2011.

The match was arranged by then 2nd XI captain Arjun Chopra who knew the skipper of the Worcester College team - apparently the college were unbeaten in their League programme and confident of adding the OHAFC to their list of conquests.

But on a warm summer day on a large astroturf pitch in north London the scratch team made up of OHAFC 1st & 2nd XI players came together well and proved too strong for the hitherto unbeaten Worcester College, running out 2-0 winners in the end.

This match is the only recorded OHAFC outing in June and as such is in a category all of it's own: too late to be classed a post-season celebration, too early to be deemed a pre-season friendly.

The important thing is that football was the winner. Football and the OHAFC.
