The first month of the Premier League season is now in the books and so, therefore, is the first month of the OHAFC Fantasy League.

Sitting pretty at the top of the table is 3's defender Ludo Callander, whose 'Mo Mane Mo Problems' side has earned a creditable 192 points to date. Ludo's squad took the lead after Matchday 4 thanks to two inspired choices with Bacary Sagna earning 12 points and Villa's Scott Sinclair somehow finding himself in the Team of the Week with 14 points thanks to two goals at home to Sunderland.

Second in the table is 'Michu's Squadron' - not a rogue entry from the out of favour Swansea City player, but David Lederman's tribute to his pet cat Michu (aka Piggles Cat or Mr Pigglingtons). Lederman's squadron were top prior to week four but had to rely on Swansea's fine performance against Manchester United to prevent him slipping further down the table: Gomis and Ayew earned 20 points between them in a low weekly score of 43.

The next two positions are taken by teams with (apparently) amusing names based on Arsenal's new goalkeeper Petr Cech.

Striker David Howells' 'Wenger's Cechbook' are on 180 points and Ed Poulter's 'Petr Cech Yourself' is six points further back on 174. Somewhat bizarrely, neither manager has Petr Cech in their lineup. Maybe they need to 'Cech' exactly what they are doing?

Someone who definitely does need to check what he is doing is the man (boy) sitting at the foot of the table, the lesser spotted Freddie Brunt. 'Brunty', who has spent the last two years in Rio de Janeiro looking for a job (he has just been employed as a removals man at the Olympic village), has included some truly bizarre signings in his 15-man squad, none more so than Spurs new Cameroonian striker Clinton N'jie, who has yet to kick a ball in English football and, according to official game stats, has been selected by 0.0% of fantasy managers in the game.

The good news for Brunty is that his four-week total of 122 points is not the lowest in the game - the former 1's striker finds himself 2,858,651st out of 3,402,830 players in the game.
