Your team captain should have emailed you the information below regarding ordering some new training kit. If they haven't please read below for details.

The Club is now offering you the chance to order some new Adidas training and casual wear with, if desired, an embroidered club badge and your printed initials on each item.

Each item is from the Adidas tiro 15 range in the new ‘climacool’ fabric and as such produced to the highest standards. Please see below for images of each item and the size/pricing guidelines.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

• There is no minimum or maximum number of items you can order, you can order nothing at all or ten of each item.

• The embroidered badge and printed player initials are optional – you may order an item ‘clean’ (without either), with just the badge or initials, or with both the badge and your initials. On all items the badge will be embroidered in white and on the left breast EXCEPT the rugby shirt (badge in navy) and the shorts (badge on right thigh). The badge costs £4 per item. The initials will be printed on, will be in white and placed on the opposite side of the garment to the badge. The initials cost £1.50 (in total, not per letter).

• Prices shown are the maximum for each item, the club will be asking for a discount once the size of the order is known. Please base your decisions on these prices however, no discount can be guaranteed.

• Stock levels for M/L/XL are good, sizes S and XXL are available as well, stock permitting.

• The rugby shirt is being discontinued and stock is currently only available in M & L sizes.

• The tee shirt and training shirt look identical but the tee shirt has a softer feel to it, the training shirt is more akin to a short sleeve football shirt

• The training jacket and training jersey are identical except the jacket has a zip running the length of the garment

• The club is aiming to place the order with Adidas in the next 7 days, the sooner we order, the better the stock guarantees. Items should be delivered in 2-3 weeks from date of order.

• Orders will be taken on a strict first come first served basis in case of stock shortages. The sooner you place your order the better guarantee you have of your items being available.

• SOCKS! Due to persistent complaints regarding the shrinking of the blue matchday socks, you may now also order your own personal set of LARGE Adidas navy match socks (Size 5). These cost £6.75 and will be yours to bring to matches when you wish.

For each item required: quantity, size, if badge and initials are required, initials to be used (2 standard, 3 if double-barrelled or name clash etc)

EXAMPLE:

Fred Bloggs would like:

1x tee shirt, L, badge and initials FB

2x sweatshirt, XL, badge no initials

1x rugby shirt, L, no badge or initials

1x socks

DL will confirm your order and the total cost and arrange payment.
