Breeden hits five as 1s thrash Aldenham again

22 Jan 2019

The OHAFC 1st XI made short work of hammering a poor Aldenham side for the second time in little over a month on Saturday, James Breeden scoring five in a 6-0 rout. Mike Okoigun opened the scoring just five minutes in before Breeden took his tally for the season to 15 in all competitions – somewhat remarkably, his hat-trick consisted solely of left-foot efforts before he then introduced a bit of variety into his play with a couple of simple right-foot efforts.

The win lifts the Blues back into fifth in the Division One table and maintains their slim hopes of a late promotion push, with several tricky fixtures lying ahead.
