The Club is delighted to announce that former 1st XI and Veterans star Nick Warner has been appointed President of the Arthurian League.

Nick was officially ratified in his new role at the League AGM on July 8th, taking over from a true legend of Arthurian League football, Lancing Old Boy Nick Evans. The two gentlemen are pictured at the passing of the baton at the AGM, a wealth of experience both on and off the pitch in one photo.

Nick has been a huge contributor to both the OHAFC and the Arthurian League over the past thirty years. On the pitch, he spent the majority of his career as the 1st XI right-back, helping the side to the Division One title in 2000 and the Premier Division championship four seasons later. He also featured for the League Rep side a number of times and ended his Saturday career playing for the 2s, although he featured as recently as the final game of last season when turning out for the 3s in Chiswick in what turned out to be rather a painful experience.

Off the field, Nick helped set up the first ever OHAFC and League websites and served as both League Secretary and League Chairman in the 2000s. He becomes the second Old Harrovian to hold the post of Arthurian League President following in the footsteps of Fred Woolley.
